 Warranty Procedure:

• Contact Bugg-ease by phone or email as above.
• We will attempt to troubleshoot the problem with you over the phone.
• If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, Buggease will agree a convenient time for a technical representative to visit you at your home (or golf club), where we will carry out the repair.
• In the unlikely event that we can’t repair your buggy on site; we may need to take your buggy to our workshop for further work and we will return it on completion of the repair.
• There is NO additional cost for the service.

Our unique loaction at East Bierley Golf Club means that we can offer you a true try-before-you by experience. You will get to test drive a buggy on a real golf course, not just in a car park. We are knowledgable and flexible – the showroom is open 6 days a week at a time to suit you – just contact us to make an appointment.

After you have purchased your Bugg-ease Lithium 3000, we will deliver direct to your door, or you can collect it free of charge from the showroom.
