Warranty Procedure:
- Firstly, contact Bugg-ease by phone or email as above.
- Initially we will attempt to troubleshoot the problem with you over the phone.
- If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, Buggease will then agree a convenient time for a technical representative to visit you at your home (or golf club), where we will carry out the repair.
- In the unlikely event that we can’t repair your buggy on site; we may need to take your buggy to our workshop for further work and we will return it on completion of the repair.
- Whether repaired over the phone, on-site, or in the workshop, you can be assured that there is NO additional cost for the service.

Access ramp 2 Piece Set – Foldable
Our high-quality access ramps set is made of stable steel, so not only is the loading of heavy and large equipment a piece of cake, but also the ramps protect your back and your health. Furthermore, the non-slip and perforated surface of the access-ramps mean your buggy won’t slip, even in the wet. The end of the ramps are equipped with a chamfered contact area, which ensures stability and prevents the ramp from sliding off the vehicle. Each tray of the access ramp can be burdened with up to 200kg, so a load total of 400kg. Additionally, the ramps themselves are easily transported thanks to their low own weight.

Our buggy has been designed for use by disabled people, and as such qualifies for VAT exemption.
To qualify, the buggy must be for your own private use, and you must be able to provide one of the following:
- A copy of your blue Mobility Badge
OR
- A letter from your GP explaining it would be difficult for you to play golf without the use of a buggy.
Please note, there are penalties for making false declarations, if the exemption is not authorised then you will be responsible for paying the VAT in full.
When you place your order, we’ll ask you to sign a form making a legally binding declaration about your illness or disability, that we may be required to provide to HMRC.
In completing this form, you are declaring that you are claiming VAT relief under Group 12 of Schedule 8 of the Value Added Tax Act 1994. It is an offence to make a false declaration. The information you provide is kept strictly confidential and is used only for our application of VAT relief to the products we supply you with and for the VAT accounting purposes of HMRC.

How to purchase your buggy VAT-free
To purchase your buggy without VAT in our online shop, simply add your choice of buggy to your basket and fill out the quick form on the Checkout page. The VAT will then be deducted before you make your payment.
